AhanaAi Company / LuckyWe.dance — LuckyWe.dance is the public face; AhanaAi Company operates the portal — and related Ahana AI apps are an advertising and payment portal for many independently produced events. We are a third-party payment processor and marketplace facilitator — not the event producer. The legal entity is Ahana AI, Inc..

We are not

• the event;
• the event organizer, promoter, or host (unless a specific listing expressly says Ahana AI is the organizer);
• event staff, security, or venue management;
• a sponsor of any listed event (unless a listing expressly states sponsorship).

Vendors and the event site

Vendors and organizers are solely responsible for the event, the venue, permits, insurance, age restrictions, safety, accessibility, and all legal requirements on or at the event site. A release of liability or waiver may be required for certain events. If one is required, it will be presented before purchase or at the door, according to the vendor’s rules.

Tickets and refunds

• All sales are final unless a specific event listing expressly posts a different refund policy.
• Where a refund is granted (by vendor policy, law, or an Ahana AI admin exception), an administrative fee of 25% of the refunded amount may be withheld.
• Platform service fees (including the $1 per-ticket fee) are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Door check-in

Some events use door scan verification. Entry photo + location used for check-in verification. That may include device geolocation at scan time and a still entry photo — not a video stream. Vendors must notify attendees when the law requires it. Check-in photos and location points are kept until a retention date (typically the event end plus 30 days) and are then eligible for deletion. Location or photo capture does not make Ahana AI event security or venue management.

Hold harmless

To the maximum extent permitted by law, purchasers, attendees, and vendors agree to release, defend, and hold harmless Ahana AI, Inc. (AhanaAi Company), its officers, agents, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to events listed on the portal, attendance, vendor acts or omissions, venue conditions, or third-party conduct — except to the extent caused by Ahana AI’s willful misconduct in processing payments.

Ahana AI does not guarantee event quality, occurrence, or vendor performance. If an event is canceled or changed, the vendor’s posted policy (and applicable law) controls. Ahana AI may assist with payment logistics only.
