1. Portal role
AhanaAi Company / LuckyWe.dance is a third-party advertising and payment portal for independently produced dance events. LuckyWe.dance is the public face; AhanaAi Company operates it. The legal entity is Ahana AI, Inc.. AhanaAi Company is not the event organizer, promoter, host, sponsor, security, or venue management unless a specific listing expressly says otherwise.
2. Membership and 18+ community
Membership and Social/chat are for adults 18 or older. You represent that the date of birth you provide is accurate. The portal may block Social/chat if you are under 18, your date of birth is missing, or an administrator rejects an age flag. No minors.
3. Third-party events
Vendors and organizers are solely responsible for the event, venue, permits, insurance, age limits, safety, accessibility, and on-site conduct. A listing or ticket purchase on LuckyWe.dance does not make AhanaAi Company the producer of that event.
4. Tickets and sales-final rules
Ticket sales, refunds, and door policies follow the portal Disclaimer and Terms: sales are final unless a listing posts a different refund policy; an administrative fee may apply if a refund is granted; the $1.00 platform service fee is generally non-refundable except where required by law. AhanaAi Company may assist with payment logistics only.
5. Release and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release, defend, and hold harmless Ahana AI, Inc. / AhanaAi Company / LuckyWe.dance, and their officers, agents, and affiliates, from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to events listed on the portal, attendance, vendor acts or omissions, venue conditions, other members, or third-party conduct — except to the extent caused by AhanaAi Company’s willful misconduct in operating the portal or processing payments. Except for fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited by law, AhanaAi Company’s aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to AhanaAi Company in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
6. Acceptance
